2B3DPrinted is an online store specializing in physical 3D printed products. Some items may include a free downloadable PDF file of the model for personal use.
2. Products
- All products are physically 3D printed, made to order using high-quality materials.
- A digital file (pdf or equivalent) may be included in some miniature purchases for personal use.
- Product photos are for reference. Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations may occur.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes (VAT, if required).
- Payments are processed via secure platforms like Stripe or PayPal.
- We do not store any payment data.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Products are manufactured after payment confirmation. Production times vary depending on complexity and order volume.
- We ship throughout Spain and optionally to other EU countries.
- Shipping details will be sent via email once the order is dispatched.
- The downloadable file will be provided via direct link.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Since products are made to order, returns and refunds are not accepted, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- If your item is damaged, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery with photos: 2b3dprinted@gmail.com
6. Intellectual Property
- The digital files provided are for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Redistribution, resale, or modification of the files is strictly prohibited without written permission from the author.
- All designs are protected by copyright or applicable licenses.
7. Liability
2B3DPrinted is not responsible for improper use of products or files, nor for damage resulting from misuse, modification, or recasting.
