1. What exactly do you sell?
We create and ship high-quality 3D printed resin miniatures — ready for painting and gaming.
In addition to miniatures, we also take custom orders, and we can print in FDM for larger pieces or practical projects. We love making not only minis, but also useful gadgets and different types of custom prints tailored to your needs.
2. Do you sell digital files (STLs)?
No — we only offer physical miniatures, printed and shipped from our workshop in Spain.
3. Can I request a custom size, scale, or material?
Yes! If you don’t see the option you want, just contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
4. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — all orders are shipped from Spain, and we deliver worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location.
5. What happens if my miniature arrives damaged?
If your order arrives broken or defective, we’ll send a replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, with photos of the issue.
6. Do you accept returns or refunds?
We don’t accept returns or refunds — only replacements for damaged items as described above.
7. Are your miniatures licensed for resale or commercial use?
No — all miniatures are strictly for personal use only. Resale, reproduction, or recasting is not permitted.
8. Do the miniatures come painted?
Our miniatures are shipped in unpainted resin , ready for you to paint. If you’d like a professionally painted version, contact us for a custom quote.
9. How long does it take to receive my order?
Production and preparation usually take a few days. Shipping time depends on your location — we’ll provide tracking once your order is dispatched.
